Scope good, shipping a disaster

Item was wrapped in 1 thin sheet of cardboard (no padding or packing to protect it) and no fragile sticker. Not labelled well so it got sent to Auckland (not Christchurch) got stuck during the floods. Not impressed. Scope miraculously is unscathed is good
