Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Standard deliveries typically take between 1-3 business days. For rural deliveries please allow an additional 1-3 business days.

Q: Once I have placed my order, can I change it?

A: Once you have placed your order you will not be able to change it online, however you can email sales@wildoutdoorsman.co.nz or call 03 755 8947 and our Customer Service team may be able to assist you if your order has not been fulfilled.

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: Our online orders are supplied by our stores however, if they we do not have the stock the order will then come directly from our suppliers.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain information for you to be able to track and trace your parcel.

Q: Which couriers do you use?

A: In most instances we use NZ Couriers & Aramex (previously named Fastways), however we may also use Courier Post and Post Haste on occasion.

Q: How do I return a faulty product purchased online?

A: Products would usually need to be returned to the store as soon as possible for assessment. For more details on our shipping and returns click here.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Unfortunately we only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Q: Do I need to fill out a firearms form when purchasing an Air Rifle or Air Pistol/BB Gun?

A: Yes you will still be required to provide a police signed proof of identification when purchasing an air rifle or pistol. This is to confirm with legal requirements to ensure you are over 18.

Q: Can you ship firearms to my house?

A: No. We can ship firearms to any non-rural business address with the completion of a Police mailing order form.

Q: Can you ship ammunition to my house?

A: Yes, as long as your address isn't rural. We also cant ship ammunition to PO boxes.

Q: Why can't you ship ammunition to my rural address?

A: This is because by law, the courier must be dangerous goods certified to handle/carry these kind of goods. Our couriers have to hand these items over to rural drives and most rural drivers are not certified to carry dangerous goods. Therefore our courier company will no longer provide this service for us. This also applies to blanks, CO₂ powerletts and aerosols.

Q: Why is there no shipping option for powder?

A: Unfortunately due to a recent change in law, our courier company will not ship powder anymore.
