    Online ordering needs to improve
    Ordered and paid for an item online - it showed as the last item available. Next morning I called to double check the item was available and I was told online orders are done in the afternoon. In the afternoon I received notification there was a mistake and the item wass not available. I requested a refund - then the payment was processed and refund given a few days later. Online orders need to be processed more promptly, and greater accuracy of stock levels needed. As I needed the item quickly, the delayed notification about item not being in stock made things difficult.
